Monica Rivas M.S., BCBA

Hello! My name is Monica Rivas. I am the owner and clinical director as the first BCBA. I started working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in 2017 as a DIR/Floortime Therapist in Los Angeles, CA. After moving to Sacramento, CA in 2020, I transitioned my services to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). By centering the clients interests at the forefront of services, it allowed me to identify a different way to connect and engage the clients I worked with. I have since expanded my skillset within the field of ABA, using a variety of behavioral principles to help my clients engage, sustain attention, and get excited about building their skills! Together we can make a difference for not only the child, but their family and the world around them!

Hi! I am Matthew. Helping others has been a passion of mine since I can remember! After working in the medical field for a short time I realized that I will be more fulfilled and effective helping others in a different way. That is why I changed course to pursue visual communications and entrepreneurship. A few years later I met my partner in crime, my fiance, Monica and she introduced me to the world of Behavioral Health. She opened my eyes to the many ways we can make a difference in peoples lives by utilizing our skillset to do what we do best, help others.
